my annual goals are to assist my MA in making this unit a more disciplined unit. I want to make a bond with cadets that help the growth in the unit. I would also like to keep growing our PT Team to be the best it can be and go to competitions.

My annual goals are to plan events more affectively. I want to ensure every event is followed by a set of clear and cut instructions. I want all our events to run as smoothly as possible with every angle covered. As OT commander I want a highly affective team and teach/attract new OT runners to challenge themselves.

My annual goals are to increase out training and knowledge that the cadets get to increase their Navy knowledge, rank up scores, and leadership training. I want to have a good communication with our cadet staff and our instructors to ensure that cadets are actively participating in our trainings.

My annual goals are to keep a neat flow of paperwork between our cadets and their information. I want to make it easy for our instructors to grab cadets' information and to ensure everyone has physicals and all proper forms signed.
