The vision of the Taft Elementary School Counseling Program is for all students to depart empowered with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve academic, personal/social, and career success, and to reach their fullest potential as respectful, responsible citizens.

Mission Statement

The mission of Taft Elementary School’s Counseling Program is to promote students’ personal/social, academic, and career success in a safe, respectful, and motivating school environment through a collaborative partnership of school staff, parents, and the community with the purpose of preparing all students for lifelong learning and productive citizenship.
