28th February 2026: It's Rare Disease Day! The Lab raised awareness by wearing stripes and colours and talking to as many people as possible abot leukodystrophies, I personally loved the look on the faces of my builders at home that morning telling them about why we wear striped on rare disease day! Sept 25: The whole team attended NeuroBioUK- as always a great meeting. Diogo's abstract was selected for a talk this year!
May 2025: Diogo and Noémie attended and presented at the 25th anniversary of the Amsterdam Leukodystrophy Centre, celebrating Marjo van der Knaap for her clinical retirement. And Diogo won the prize for the best talk!
