Neelam Wright was the project lead within the Vitae policy advisory group. She completed data collection and analysis related to minoritised staff working in EDI research; and her report fed into the policy brief.

Dr. Karisha George was the project lead within the University of York. She completed data collection and analysis related to minoritised staff working in EDI research; and wrote up the policy brief. 

Trish Chinzara was the PGR intern who helped identify staff participants to invite to interview.
