▪ Developed and assisted the mentoring program funded by the Korean government and global company SK to remove educational inequality in South Korea.
▪ Organized the mentoring system and developed new programs to improve the mentoring relationship, and worked as a mentor for undergraduate students.

Team Leader, Integrated Media Center, Yonsei (2019 - 2020)
▪ Served as the founding member and team leader of the "Advertisement Media Center," one of the teams of the Integrated Media Center Yonsei University, which was first launched in 2019.
▪ Managed more than 70 large monitors located on two campuses, Shinchon and Songdo, edited various sources of news, academic achievements, campus events, and promotional materials using professional video editing tools—Premiere Pro and After Effects—and screened them on campus monitors.

Office Assistant, Global Institute of Theology, Yonsei (2017 - 2017)
▪ Yonsei University was founded in the late 19th century by missionaries including Horace Grant Underwood, an American missionary born in the United Kingdom, and is now a prominent university. As a social contribution to these sacrifices, the United Theological Graduate School in Yonsei established the Global Institute of Theology(GIT) at Songdo International Campus, so that students from developing countries can study with theologians.
▪ Worked as an office assistant for a year and was in charge of introducing campuses to foreign professors, managing dormitories, and supporting the Korean life of foreign students through periodic communication.
