Join Brooke to enjoy a chair yoga class with an emphasis on joint mobility and range of motion.
Yoga is for every body! Join us for a gentle chair yoga demonstration designed specifically for people with scleroderma. Brooke is not only a certified yoga instructor; she is a patient who discovered the transformative power of yoga after her own diagnosis. Participants will learn simple breathing techniques to calm the central nervous system, along with gentle movements to support digestion, circulation, and safe exercises for the hands and joints. All practices are slow, supported, and adaptable, with an emphasis on comfort, relaxation, and confidence! No yoga experience is needed.
