P.A.C.E. closes the gap between schools and communities' needs and brokers strong partnerships. Collaborating with the community and school district, P.A.C.E. achieves positive outcomes for our youth, families, and communities. Code Nation is a year-long after school program where students learn how to code from experts working in tech. Students will learn several important computer languages, used by software engineers to create websites and games. Through exciting hands-on projects, students will get to be the creators of online material.

Youth Speaks creates safe spaces that challenge young people to find, develop, publicly present, and apply their voices as creators of societal change. At Burton, a Youth Speaks Poet Mentor teaches every Monday for Music Appreciation Class, as well as lunch time SLAM Club. SLAM is an acronym for Student Lead Arts Movement, a tight knit group of students who write and create together while enjoying free lunch and snacks!
Target Participants: Artistically driven kids, dancers, artists, singers, writers, photographers, creatives.

Less than 5% of the people creating the sound & media in our lives are women. We are out to change that! Girls on the Mic is a way to get women and girls like you into the fields of music production and digital technology. We’ll produce music, record podcasts, make sound for film, create synthesizers, set-up live sound events and explore careers in engineering and production. Come ready to make some noise at Girls on the Mic!
Target Participants: Girls and non-binary folks.

Girls Got Goals is an all girls league that aims to promote emotional and physical safety while playing soccer. GGG emphasizes positive sporting behavior, having fun and gaining skills and confidence. Promoting the healthy aspects of being active and being a part of a team, girls of all skill levels are welcomed and encouraged to join. Incentives and uniforms are provided to each participant.
Target Participants: Girls in grades 9-12.
