Charter Renewal: What's Missing?

We know it is not easy to change the Charter, since it is part of the Canadian Constitution, and not just a piece of government legislation. In most cases, making changes (amendments) to the constitution would require the approval from the governments of two thirds of the provinces and this would have to represent over half of the Canada's population.

But, we have some ideas on what might be missing from the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms...
