Request a Transcript 2023/2024

All past students requesting transcripts for the purpose of attending an Ontario College or University should be using the eTMS system (Electronic Transcript Management System). The $25.00 administration fee still applies, and is paid during that submission process.

Paper transcript request (for the purpose of employment, post secondary education outside of Ontario, personal use, etc) are handled at the school level.
