"New" Transcript Request Process - Effective Oct. 4, 2019
All past students requesting transcripts for the purpose of attending an Ontario College or University should be using the eTMS system (Electronic Transcript Management System). The eTMS system is found as a drop down menu when applying through OUAC and Ontario Colleges. The $25.00 administration fee still applies, and is paid during that submission process.
Paper transcript requests (for the purpose of employment, post secondary education outside of Ontario, personal use, etc) are still handled at the school level for students:
REQUESTING A TRANSCRIPT:
Please fill out a Transcript Request Google Form which is found on the SJA website under Students: stjo.ycdsb.ca/students/course-change-transcripts/
The cost of generating a hard copy of the transcript is $25.00 for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional copy.
There shall be no charge for a transcript for current students or for students who have graduated within a one(1) year time frame.
Payment is cash only (cheques will not be accepted)
Students must bring I.D. (i.e. student card with picture and/or driver's license)
The office will be open for this service – Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 2:45pm
