COURSE CHANGE REQUEST FORM
To request a course change - please visit the Guidance office to pick up a paper Course Change Change Form (S25b) or fill out this Google Form. Please note that course change requests can only be processed upon course availability.
Please Note:
It is not always possible to approve change requests.
Students must follow their original timetable until changes have been approved and a new timetable issued. Changes will be made into the most appropriate class available.
Changes will not be made to adjust for individual choices or teachers or subject periods.
SHSM students should recognize how course changes will affect RED SEAL diploma requirements.
A parent/guardian will need to verify and confirm any course change requests and will be contacted by guidance for approval either by phone or email.
ONLY Gr. 12 students can request a SPARE (there is only 1 spare permitted per semester)
