How to Book a Guidance Appointment 

1. Students must use their ycdsbk12 email accounts to book their appointment.  Use of a personal email will result in your appointment being cancelled.

2. Access your Guidance counsellor's calendar by clicking on their name. 

3. Select a date/time slot with your alpha-designated counsellor ONLY.  Your name and k12 email address should auto-populate. You will also receive an email confirming your appointment.

Please do not schedule an appointment at the same time you have a test/ quiz/presentation.

• to leave class, show your teacher your scheduled appointment slot on your Google Calendar or k12 email.

• your Guidance counsellor will provide you with a slip for you to show your teacher when you return to class.

HOW TO BOOK A PARENT APPOINTMENT - Appointments to accommodate parent schedules can also be made. Please book the appointment and then notify the counsellor by calling the Guidance office or by emailing your counsellor.
