COURSE CHANGE REQUESTS

Please read the following before completing a course change request form:

Students must complete a PAPER S25B Course Change Request Form

Visit the Guidance Office in person and pick up a PAPER S25B Course Change Request Form.
Wed. Sept. 4, 2024 - AFTER SCHOOL - 1st day to pick up a course change request form outside the Guidance office.
Thursday Sept. 5, 2024 - Guidance will ONLY be accepting course change request forms from students requesting E-LEARN courses (deadline to register for e-learn courses is Tues. Sept. 10/24).
Friday Sept. 6, 2024 - Guidance will begin accepting all other course change request forms.
Friday Sept. 13, 2024 - Last day to submit a course change request form.

Note:

Courses may be full and course changes will be limited to stream and pathway changes. We will do our best to grant your request, but a change is never guaranteed.
Only ONE course change request form can be submitted per student per semester.
There will be no changes to gr. 9 or gr. 10 electives.
Submission of a paper S25B in person is the only way to request an official course change.
We are unable to accept voicemail, phone or email requests.
A parent or legal guardian must SIGN your COMPLETED form.
Requests will be processed in the order that they are received.
If there is room in a course that you requested and a change is possible, a Guidance Counsellor will complete the change and notify you by email.
