Former YCDSB Students Applying to College or University

If you are a:

• Former student of the YCDSB applying to an Ontario College

• Former student of the YCDSB applying to an Ontario University

Transcript requests for College or University can be completed online through OCAS (for the colleges) or OUAC (for the universities). To use this service, the student must:

• Be a past student of the YCDSB

• Apply to a minimum of one Ontario College or University

• Pay the application and transcript fees

Current YCDSB students

College Applications

Current YCDSB students who are applying to Ontario colleges do not need to request a transcript. Transcript information will be forwarded from OCAS to the post-secondary institution.

University Applications

Current YCDSB students who are applying to Ontario universities do not need to request a transcript. Transcript information will be forwarded from OUAC to the post-secondary institution.

Transcript Requests for all Other Purposes (Scholarships, Post Secondary Institutions Outside of Ontario, personal records, employment, etc.)

• Transcript requests will be processed at the school level through Guidance.

• Please complete the Transcript Request Form (click on the image above)

• Your request will be forwarded to Guidance, who will send transcripts directly to the registrar of the postsecondary institution, program or scholarship

• There is a $25.00 fee for the first copy of a transcript and $5.00 for each additional copy.  Payment can be made in person via cash or cheque or via e-transfer (see instructions below). 

Please allow 72 hours in order to process transcripts.

**Please note: Transcripts will be processed by the Guidance Office at Our Lady of the Lake from September - June. For requests during July and August, please visit the YCDSB Office at 320 Bloomington Road, Aurora. Tel: (905) 713-2711. Transcripts will not be processed at the school during the summer shut-down.

Also, very important....please write the following explanation in the memo section of the e-transfer so that Mrs. Felix will know what student account to apply the payment to and for which school year.
