eLearning Requirement
In grade 11 and/or 12, students must complete two mandatory elearning credits.
Students take an elearn course as one of their four courses during the school day schedule. It is important to note that supervision is not provided; student may work in the library, common areas and cafeteria.
The elearning model is "Asynchronous" . That means that students and their teacher don't have to be online at the same time.
An elearn credit can be any course that is offered (compulsory or elective).
Students can choose an elearning course on myBlueprint during course selection, or meet with their Guidance Counsellor to register for an elearning course.
Opting out of elearn is an option for students who are not suited for elearn style of learning. Pick up an opt-out of eLearning form from the guidance office and submit to the guidance secretary, Ms. Doyle.
