CAS interviews

Students in the IB Diploma Programme undergo THREE mandatory interviews.

The FIRST INTERVIEW happens in Semester 1 of Year 1. This interview checks that you understand what CAS is all about, including the requirements and learning outcomes. During this interview students will have the opportunity to discuss their planned experiences and how they will demonstrate their CAS achievements.

The SECOND INTERVIEW happens in Semester 2 of Year 1/Semester 1 of Year 2. This interview allows for the Coordinator to check your progress in CAS towards the learning outcomes, to see if you have balanced programmed and to offer advice and feedback on your reflections and evidence.

The THIRD INTERVIEW happens in Semester 2 of Year 2. This interview allows you to reflect on your CAS portfolio, what you have enjoyed, how you have developed and how this experience may influence you in the future.
