Step 3: Fill out the application and pathway chart provided: CCCHS Application & Pathway Chart

Step 4: Submit your application and pathway chart to the guidance department for guidance counsellor review and approval.  Book an appointment with your counsellor or meet with the above named teacher liaison if you have questions.
