About our school
St. Elizabeth Catholic High School opened its doors in 1988, proudly calling the community of Thornhill our home. We are a secondary school of 120 staff and 1300 students from Grades 9 to 12. Specialty programs in the arts and academics are supported by diverse co-curricular activities and cutting-edge facilities.

We offer many exciting programs that are unique to our school, including our acclaimed multidisciplinary Regional Arts Program. From our technology-focused Smart Start cohort to Specialist High Skills Majors, we have you covered from Grades 9 to 12.
Regional Arts Program
Established in 2003, our Regional Arts Program offers specialized training in six different disciplines: Visual Arts, Digital Media Arts, Dance, Drama, Instrumental Music, and Vocal Music.
Specialist High Skills Major
