Kick-Start @ SBA

The Kick-Start Program at St. Brother André CHS will focus on helping current grade 8 students to develop the foundational literacy and numeracy skills for a successful transition into high school.

In addition to these skills, the program will also focus on student well-being and will include daily physical activity, where new friends will be made.

This will be the 3rd summer for the KickStart program at SBA. This past summer 290 students representing 75% of all incoming grade 9 students to took part in the program and successfully received their first high school credit (HIF101).

This is a free program to all grade 8 students.

The day typically runs from 8:20am to 2:50pm.
