Honour Roll calculation will include all courses delivered by the York Catholic District School Board through regular day school, summer school, night school, Saturday school, e-learning or international programmes. Note that all elearn courses taken in day school, obtained through PRISM - OeLC/CVO, are also eligible.
Honour Roll is calculated as an average of 79.5% of all courses taken during the school year, delivered by YCDSB, commencing in July and ending in June of that school year.
Honour Roll eligibility is determined using the following measures:
Count a grade 9 student’s top eight YCDSB courses
Count a grade 10 student’s top eight YCDSB courses
Count a grade 11 student’s top seven YCDSB courses
Count a grade 12 student’s top six YCDSB courses
