COURSES TAKEN OUTSIDE OF ST. ROBERT
(non-YCDSB schools)
Due to the nature of the 21st Century Learner and the ability to take a variety of courses outside of day school, it is entirely up to each individual student to satisfy the Ontario Secondary School diplomas requirements. If students are unsure as to graduation requirements and/or wish to review their own specific qualifications, they should book an appointment with their Guidance Counsellor. Students taking courses outside of day school assume the responsibility of reporting mid-term and final marks directly to OCAS and OUAC. All final marks must be officially documented and sent to the Guidance Department for inclusion in diploma requirements. Failure to do so may result in not meeting the OSSD requirements and/or admission to post-secondary. Report cards with final marks are due to the Guidance Department from the issuing institution by the first week of June to ensure that graduation requirements are met.
