COURSE  CHANGE  REQUESTS

ALL STUDENTS -- NO CHANGES TO PERIODS/SECTIONS/SEMESTERS/TEACHERS. 

GRADE 9 & 10 STUDENTS -- NO ELECTIVE OR REACH AHEAD COURSE CHANGES.

SPARES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO GRADE 12 STUDENTS -- NO EXCEPTIONS.

SEMESTER ONE

Students who are requesting a change in their timetable (semester one and/or semester two courses) are to complete the Google Form linked in the Principal's welcome email (to be sent to students and families during the week before school begins). Please be advised that availability is limited as most classes are full. Grade 12 requests will be processed first.  Students are to check Edsembli daily to view any changes made and allow up to two weeks to process your request (if possible, pending availability). Only change requests communicated through the Google form will be considered. Email, phone, or in-person appointment requests cannot be accommodated at this time.  Guidance appointments will begin the third week of September.  

COURSE CHANGE REQUEST FORM:

The grade 9/10 course change request form and the grade 11/12 course change request form will be linked in the principal's welcome email (sent out in late August).  Only change requests communicated through the Google form will be considered. Email, phone, or in-person appointment requests cannot be accommodated at this time.  Guidance appointments will begin the third week of September.

Course change requests deadline is September 14, 2026 at 8:00 am.
