I spy with my little eye,
Two tiny tomatoes, plump and spry.
A strawberry red as summer sun,
Hiding where its green leaves run.
A small sweet pear, curved just right,
Peeking softly into sight.
And a pod of peas in emerald green,
Neatly nestled, seldom seen!
I spy with my little eye,
A shiny shell that catches the sky.
A broken crab claw, crabby and neat,
Lying half-buried beneath your feet.
A hollow gap in a shell so old,
Like a secret cave where stories are told.
And a striped sea shell, bold and bright—
Ocean treasures gleaming in sunlight!
I spy with my little eye,
Four purple flowers standing high.
One yellow bloom, so bright and sweet,
Hiding low near your feet.
A cherry red and round with cheer,
Can you spot it somewhere near?
And don’t forget — look carefully —
The letter A is there to see!
