I am inspired to take photographs when I want to capture an important or beautiful moment. Photos are a way to capture the scene; a way to preserve a memory. I chose Photo I this semester because I enjoy taking photographs, and out of all the art class options I had, this one seemed the most fun. I don't really consider myself much of an artist, so my hope this semester is to dive into my creative side a little bit more and become a better photographer. I really like getting feedback on my work, especially constructive criticism because it makes me look at my work with a more critical eye and helps me improve.
