The Portland Wood Bat Summer League

THE PROGRAM: The Portland-area league is a wood bat league designed for high school players.  Our rising 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders will have the opportunity to compete in a quality league in the local Portland area for the summer.

THE MISSION: The Yarmouth summer baseball program is meant to provide a high-quality playing experience for our Yarmouth baseball players.  While remaining very competitive, we try hard to develop players, create playing time, and we make sure to have plenty of fun throughout the summer.

2012: 10-9, Quarterfinals

2014: No playoffs

2015: 9-9, Quarterfinals

2016: 9-8, Prelim playoff game

2017: 14-5, Quarterfinals

2018: 11-12, State Championship Tournament - Finished in the Top 6

2019: 10-8, and made the first round of the Portland Wood Bat league

2021: 8-9-2, and made the first round of the Portland Wood Bat League

2022: 10-8-1, and made the second round of the Portland Wood Bat League

2023: Two teams with our "B" team losing in the quarter-finals and "A" team losing in the semi-finals

2024: 9-5-4, and a made the first round of the Portland Wood Bat League

2025: 16-9-1, and made the semi-final of the Portland Wood Bat League
