The two most important concepts I learned this semester.
The two most important concepts to me are value and photography. First, it is very important that I learned value and practiced it in different ways like in still life drawing and my self portrait painting. With value you can add a significant amount of detail and accuracy to an art piece without having to outline it. Value is important because artworks need values of light and dark to be realistic in how there is light and shadow in real life. Second, I think that photography is also important because I think that being able to capture natural art is just as crucial as making art yourself. There are a lot of man made artworks that are seen as beautiful but I also value the beauty in the real life world. Being able to take pictures not only can enable us to show others the beauty in life, it can also teach people to appreciate the value in the real world.

Assignment I am most proud of
The assignment I am most proud of is the Color Wheel Photography assignment. First of all, one of the reasons I am the most proud of this is because I think it is the most visually pleasing piece of art I produced. I like the detail and vividness in a lot of the photos I took making them satisfying to look at. I also enjoyed completing the assignment more than any other assignment. I liked walking around looking for different objects and items to take pictures of. It felt a lot better to be immersed in the worlds environment rather than to be sitting and drawing or painting for a long time. I think this is my best appearing artwork and I am proud of it more than the others and I enjoyed it more than the others.
