Reflecting on my Goals for the Semester:
I think I did achieve what I wanted to learn because I took pictures of my dog who definitely does not stay still. I loved being able to learn technical skills so I could make the photos have a deeper meaning. I also loved being able to take photos so I could see how much growth I had throughout the semester. New goals for me would be to start looking at the bigger picture of the world and take photos that I know will impact populations of people in a great way. I would want to spread awareness of problems around the world and really go in-depth with what kinds of photos I am taking. I am going to take Photography 2 and hopefully, 3 next year so I can develop more with photography and do it as a side job when I am older.
First Thoughts and Goals:
The world inspires me to take photographs because of its beauty. I see photographs on social media of people and places around the world. I want to travel the world to take photos of the places that have meaning and their country's lives. I always wanted to be a model and with that is the fact that the photographer can get incredible photos. I hope I can learn how to take more action pictures like sports in action. I have a camera at home that I use to photograph plants and creatures but I would like to learn more about photographing movements of people. I also want to learn more technical skills in photography so I know how to take photos that mean something deeper than what's shown in the photo.
