Students may enroll in any of the following courses only once and will receive 1 unit credit for completion of that course or course level in their four year academic history. A student may obtain a total of 6 PE credits during his or her high school career.
Health and Physical Education F/S

Students will be able to understand and demonstrate the relationship of health to their quality of life. They will apply motor skills and movement patterns to perform a variety of physical activities and will learn and apply responsible behavior skills that enhance respect for self and others. (Required instruction for CPR completion)

Advanced Physical Education-Lifetime Sports (Co-Ed) F/S

Team Sports F/S

The focus of this semester course is on increasing and encouraging the improvement of the student's skill related physical fitness. This will be attained through various team sport activities and other organized athletics. These activities will be structured accordingly to encourage ethical competition among students which will provide student the opportunity for daily physical activity.
