The three main pillars of the center are: Flexibility, Connectivity and Surprise, always with the student at the center of this construction. The center's motto is "Consciously focus now on the future"

FLX Campus have introduced OKAN, a project for students who are refugees and therefore do not know the language of the host country. In this project, students of different levels are mixed to make collaborative and cooperative learning for these students and other students from disadvantaged backgrounds. It is important to highlight their work in working groups to promote communication and publicity to attract students, carry out a good evaluation and feedback, disseminate the health aspects of the country, internationalization, the environment...
The center follows the learning goals of the 21st century.
Campus FLX begins its internationalization in 2019, with a working group that intends to look beyond the school, the municipality and national borders. This philosophy is committed to being able to flexibly deal with the continuous changes in our society, the connection between students and teachers, the changes in Europe in any type of field, in order to be able to look at a sustainable future in a surprising way.
The internationalization team, made up of 8 people, has started carrying out Erasmus+ projects. This team is diverse since it has teachers from the health field, STEM, languages, as well as other teachers who are highly motivated to learn and disseminate the knowledge generated from these projects.
In addition, the team is endorsed by the center's director, Evelien Degros, who also actively participates in Erasmus+ projects.
Campus FLX intends to continue participating in Erasmus+ projects to further disseminate its internationalization project, not only to its faculty but also to other centers in the country. The center intends that its three pillars, mentioned above, can be promoted and developed effectively. At the same time, its objective is to make a connection with other European realities so that they enter their classrooms and arouse the interest and motivation of the students, thus trying to close some gaps that open up between education and the world of work.
