This week we are going to practice a circuit with active stations. We’ll stay in each station 1 minute ( BUT IN THE LAST ONE) and try to perform as many movements as we can. Then we’ll move to the next station walking. HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK CAN YOU PERFORM IT?
STATION 1: Sit-ups. How many sit-ups can you do?
STATION 2: Pass and Catch. How many times can you pass and catch a foam die with a partner?
STATION 3: Water. Remember to stay hydrated. Get 1 quick and quiet drink.
STATION 4: Jump and Think. How many fruits can you name while jumping rope?
STATION 5: Balance and Think. Balance on one foot. How many vegetables can you name?
STATION 6: Jump Rope Tricks. How many different jump rope tricks can you do?
STATION 7: Plank. How long can you hold a plank
STATION 8: HEART RATE: Take your pulse for the full minute. How many beats did you count?
STATION 9: 5 MINUTES STRETCH
Symbolic play is the ability of children to use objects, actions or ideas to represent other objects, actions, or ideas as play. A child may push a block around the floor as a car or put it to his ear as a cell phone.(1)
Preschoolers, from ages 3 to 5 years, are more capable of imagining roles behind their pretend play. Their play becomes more social, and they enjoy make-believe play. They assign roles to themselves and others involving several sequenced steps often with a predetermined plan, like pretending to be at the doctor’s office or having a tea party.

For this week I suggest you:
The cafeteria is a game to make in the yard, as the dirtier it gets the more fun it is. You need sand, water, glasses, teapots, spoons, etc.
Children can spend hours mixing sand with water, frothing with soap and serving coffee to their customers.
This is an old video about relaxation using breathing and how it works to get an idea of how to use it.
We have been using it for years in physical education and psychomotor classes. If you like, you can make a glitter jar or bottle and use it with your child to calm down together.
One of our activities is to shake the jar until the glitter is everywhere so you can move or breathe as if you were the glitter. Then, when you put the jar down, you can follow the movement of the glitter and end up lying on the floor.
Try it, it's fun!
La setmana passada vam començar a sortir fora de casa.
Tenim una hora per gaudir d’activitats a l’aire lliure. Doncs, tan sols us proposem aprofiteu per caminar, córrer, saltar a peu junts, a un peu, anar en bici, patinet, que us toqui l’aire i el SOL!
Per la resta d’hores, en que estem confinats aprofiteu les activitats que us oferim al Site d’Educació Física.
Aquesta setmana us proposem realitzar vídeos amb l’activitat física diària recomanada que esteu fent a casa en aquestes setmanes de confinament.
Recordeu que teniu totes aquelles propostes que us hem fet arribar des de la classe d'Educació Física, tot i que també podeu proposar d'altres.
Sigueu creatius, i recordeu la varietat activitats, individuals o en família, ballar o fitness, amb objectes (pilotes, pals, ampolles, etc) o sense.
Som-hi! Que sabem que aquest repte serà de això més divertit!

Algunes idees que podeu provar a casa
Aquesta setmana provarem de fer un circuit com els que fem al cole però amb materials de casa, aprofitant les idees dels vídeos!
Demanem permís i ajuda als pares per a poder fer-ho en l’espai que tingueu lliure de casa.
Amb el material que trobeu ( pilotes, cadires, coixins, escales, matalassos, tamborets).
Penseu en el circuit que podeu fer amb diferents desplaçaments, salts, girs, i podeu afegir estacions on fer diferents llançaments (encistellar, passes amb un company, punteria), o altres habilitats com salts de corda, equilibris entre d’altres.
Quan ho tingueu preparat, animeu a la resta de membres de la família que ho facin amb vosaltres. També podeu introduir alguna variant: contar el temps que tardes en fer el circuit, fer-lo endavant, fer-lo endarrere, per parelles, etc. Us podeu gravar i enviar-lo als vostres amics/familiars.
