Equipment Needed: Masking Tape Set Up: Use tape to create 2 lines 2 meters apart or draw it with chalk. Can you stick or draw your jumps? Use 6 jumps to make it across the jump course (from line to line) and then back again.
Complete the pattern below.
Line = Start/Finish
R = Right Foot
L = Left Foot
X = Both Feet
S = Turn Around
This is an old video about relaxation using breathing and how it works to get an idea of how to use it.
We’ve been using it during years at PE and psychomotricity classes. If you’d like you can make a jar with glitter in and prove to use it with your child to calm down together.
One of our activities is shaking the jar til the glitter is everywhere so you can move or breath as you were the glitter Then when you put down the jar you could follow glitter movement and finish it laying down on the ground!
Prove it, it’s just fun!

Podreu fer-ho caminant, corrent, en bici o patinet, tan sols heu d'apuntar la distància recorreguda i el mitjà utilitzat en la graella que us he enviat i retornar- la mitjançant el drive o al meu correu electrònic: mloren72@escolaalbertvives.cat
Si us animeu, podeu fer servir qualsevol tipus de dispositiu per tal d’enregistrar el vostre recorregut (track), i enviar-me’l (algunes apps que podeu fer servir: adidas runtastic, strava, runkeeper per a mòbils o les apps de qualsevol rellotge com polar o garmin).

Aquesta setmana us proposem realitzar vídeos amb l’activitat física diària recomanada que esteu fent a casa en aquestes setmanes de confinament.
Recordeu que teniu totes aquelles propostes que us hem fet arribar des de la classe d'Educació Física, tot i que també podeu proposar d'altres.
Sigueu creatius, i recordeu la varietat activitats, individuals o en família, ballar o fitness, amb implements (pilotes, pals, ampolles, etc) o sense.
