Four teachers has participated in the job shadowing. They shows interest in observing inclusive methodologies and creating different and interdisciplinar learning spaces at school. They cover different specialities: special education, music, arts and crafts and English. All the teachers are civil servers with a definitive post at school.

Two teachers have participated in the structured course “Drama techniques: developing self-expression, communication and social skills for all students” which has been created to teach new ways of boosting participation, motivacion, confidence, self-expression and cooperative spirit in the classroom.

Both teachers are civil servers with a definitive post at school and members of the new school management team. They are interested in applying the new apporach in interdisciplinar workshops (Drama, Physical education, ICT, Arts and Crafts and English).
