Reflection
Carrying out the project on how to get a first job has been a challenge. First of all, structuring and planning it well took time, but we understood that it was a first step to achieve our goals. Second, getting the students involved from the first session was key to that its implementation was successful. We can say that we have succeeded, the students have been able to reflect on aspects of work that they may need now or in the immediate future, such as how to make a curriculum or how to prepare for a job interview. Sharing their roadmap with students at their level but from other groups has empowered them. GEP2 and the upcoming reflelctions have helped us in a significant way in our teaching practice, being able to extend it to our students.
Each of these reflections helps us to evaluate our own teaching and to see which strategies we have used that have worked best, as well as what parts of our planning and teaching work best.
