The project was collaboratively designed and implemented by partner schools, with joint planning from the outset. In initial online meetings, all schools co-developed the project’s theme, goals, timeline, tools (e.g., TwinSpace, Padlet, Google Workspace), and evaluation strategies. Teachers created shared teaching materials—task instructions, multimedia resources, and guiding questions—to ensure curriculum integration. Regular video conferences allowed staff to monitor progress, address challenges, and adjust plans. Students actively participated in various collaborative activities.
