ACTIVE LEADERS FOR ACTIVE STUDENTS IN THE 21st CENTURY (ALAS)

The ALAS project is a KA101 Erasmus consortium project composed of 4 primary schools: Salvador Llobet (Granollers), Guerau de Liost (Les Franqueses del Vallès), Els Quatre Vents (Canovelles) and La Torreta (La Roca del Vallès), coordinated by the Centre de Recursos Pedagògics Vallès Oriental I.

WHO IS PART OF THE CONSORTIUM?

WHAT ARE OUR OBJECTIVES?

✗ To learn about different forms of school management and organization through study visits to European schools.

✗ To allow reflection on some European educational systems and comparison with our own from direct experience.

✗ To observe the methodological strategies for teaching the subjects of the primary curriculum in the schools visited.

✗ To know and observe the articulation of the teachers' involvement in the general organization of the school.

✗ To acquire alternative strategies for meeting the special educational needs of students.

✗ To update the communicative competence in foreign language of the teachers participating in the mobilities.

HOW DO WE GET ORGANIZED?

MANAGEMENT TEAM

- The team is formed by a member of the management team of each school and the CRP coordinator.

- Meetings once per month.

- Shared Drive.


COORDINATOR TEAM

- Established in each center.

- Formed by 3-4 teachers.

- Perform the tasks set by the management team.

- Carry out the mobility.
