Xello Careers Platform

Xello is a comprehensive digital platform, offering each of our learners a single starting point to help simplify and improve our careers guidance within XP.  By logging in, each of our learners can use Xello's structured and progressive activities, to help each learner make informed decisions about their future study and career options at the right time and in good time.  

In addition, Xello also provides portfolios' which is a place to store documents, media and notes that will help every learner show evidence of their skills and qualities they have gained through expeditions, meeting experts and completion of fieldwork. It's our online record of achievement to make sure your learners don't forget all the experiences they collect along their career journey. They can also add planning for the future.

We aim to have ALL of our learners actively using this platform in 2024/25 and this will be used to support 1:1 career meetings which can be requested through Crew Leaders

Every student has a login for Xello which can be accessed via the XP website when they are logged into XP School
