Personal/Individualized Approach to teaching and interacting with students – emphasis on personal follow-ups on defaulting students to identify the factors underlying decrease in performance, attendance, attention etc. Every month, a list of students with ‘Less than 75% attendance’ and a list of ‘congratulations…100% attendance!’ are displayed on the notice board
