Sitare: Stars of the Night
- Since 2010, students of the Commerce Section have been organising 'Sitare: Stars of the Night', a national level inter-collegiate competition for the night college students for the eight events – PowerPoint Presentation, Elocution, Quiz, Essay Writing, Dance (Folk/Traditional), Singing (Bollywood), Chess and Carrom. The working undergraduate students of the night colleges from various parts of the country - Bangalore, Ahmadabad, Pune, Nagpur, Ahmednagar, Kolhapur, Solapur, Nasik, Malegaon, Latur, Ichalkaranji, Sangli along with the students of Mumbai region participate in senior category and junior colleges of Mumbai region participate in junior category. Organisers provide transportation allowances, snacks and food as well as accommodation to the outstation participants. Winners of all events of both the categories are felicitated with Trophy, Certificate and Cash Prize (Rs. 5000 for First, Rs. 3500 for Second, and Rs. 2000 for Third).
