HOSTEL:
The campus hostel is only for male students of the First and Third Years Senior College. Apart of the College Canteen serves as the Hostel Mess and it serves subsidized meals and refreshments to hostelites and guests. Some of the rooms in the hostel are for two occupants and some for three occupants. Applications are accepted only after admission to the College has been secured.

37 rooms with 104 beds in all.
4th Floor: 2 beds to a room;
5th Floor: 3 beds to a room &
6th Floor 4 beds to a room (bigger rooms)
Facilities: The rooms are:
Well illuminated with: 2 tube lights per room on all floors.
Well ventilated with:
a ceiling fan per room on 4th floor;
2 wall fans and 1 ceiling fan on 5th floor
2 ceiling fans on 6th floor
In the room, each student is provided with a bed, a cupboard, a table and a chair.
There are sufficient toilets and bathrooms, with provision of hot water for bathing.
Other facilities: Mess, Gymkhana and Common Room.
Charges (for 2019-20):
Deposit: Rs. 3000 for every new admission
2 beds to room: Rs. 40000 per semester
3 beds to a room: Rs. 50000 per semester
4 beds to a room: Rs. 60000 per semester
Eligibility:
For TY students: a CGPA (4 semesters)
For FY students, the admissions are meritoriously based on Std. XII scores
Rules and Regulations
1. All hostel admissions are finally at the discretion of the Hostel Warden.
2. Fees once paid will not be refunded, under any circumstances – but the deposit will be refunded.
3. No visitors are allowed in the hostel premises at any point of time
4. No student is allowed to go beyond the 6th floor of the hostel building.
5. After 10.30 p.m. till 6 a.m., hostel residents must maintain silence and not visit others’ rooms.
6. The Hostel Common Room and Lift are shut from 10.30 pm onwards till 7 am the next day.
7. The Hostel gate will be closed at 10.30 p.m. on all working days but on Saturdays and on the eve of Public Holidays it will be closed at 12.00 a.m.
8. Heavy electrical appliances are not allowed to be used within the hostel premises.
9. Food trays, plates and other cutlery from the Hostel Mess are not to be left in the Hostel passages.
10. Ordered Food / other courier services will have to be collected at the College Gate and not Hostel gate.
11. Consuming tobacco products or alcohol or indulging in substance abuse are strictly prohibited – If this rule is violated, there would be an immediate dismissal from the Hostel.
12. Indulging in ragging (of any form) is strictly prohibited – If this rule is violated, a police compliant would be lodged against the ragger(s). The ragger(s) would be immediately dismissed from the Hostel and the College Principal would initiate other punitive actions.
13. If a Hostel resident wants to take leave from the Hostel, he needs to submit a duly filled Leave Application Form to the Hostel Receptionist at least one day in advance – If this rule is violated, a suspension of one day per out-day from the Hostel would be imposed.
14. If a hostel resident has to return to the hostel beyond the Hostel’s deadline, then it is imperative that the Hostel Receptionist be informed in writing prior to leaving. If this rule is not followed, the College and Hostel gates will not be opened for this resident till 5 am of the corresponding next day’s morning.
15. Wearing the College Identity Card during the college hours in the Campus premises is mandatory.
16. The room door key and the room cupboard key must be carried with the resident when they leave the room for lectures or outings. This rule is needed for security purposes. Only in an emergency will the Hostel Receptionist give the Master Key (against a penalty).
17. In case of violation of the above hostel rules, appropriate action will be taken by the Hostel Warden.
Location: The Hostel is at the eastern end of the College Campus.
Regina Pacis Hostel in Byculla usually accommodates about 30 women students of the College.
