This will be an exciting year for Xavier Elementary Band! My goal is for students to achieve their absolute best on their chosen instrument and be successful in working with others.

I am excited to be teaching band at Xavier this year! I taught band for 32 years in Ripon, and still teach woodwinds at Ripon College. I love the outdoors and the Packers!

Our first goal is to get everyone off to a great start on their chosen instrument!
All incoming grade 4 students will be getting information on the instruments to choose from in grade 4 in their grade 3 music classes this spring.
Please pay attention to the specific fitting dates in the handout for instrument fittings.
On the following pages there is important information on how band works during the year and music stores.
