This package includes lodging and breakfasts at a local hotel and hearty meals and cold drinks served by staff every evening in a beautiful converted barn or we will take you to taste the cuisine at some of our favorite restaurants. 

Each evening your guide will  provide you with the pin location of where the next day's hunt will be after they have scouted the best location to take our chances with this migratory species. Near or Far - we can drive up to an hour away to find the biggest group of cranes possible, but the spread will be set and ready for you when you arrive! Typically we hunt out of layout blinds or a-frame style brushed blinds along irrigation turrets or ditches. (“There ain’t much to hide behind in West Texas”) 

Limits are 3 cranes daily and 5 lesser Canadians per hunter; with that said if you’re a bird hunter you know how migratory birds can be! 

Sandhill cranes are a notoriously difficult bird to decoy. But with our experienced crew we will use our knowledge to the best of our ability for you to enjoy the beautiful sight and sound of these cranes as they pile into the region for their migration farther south. 

We typically finish hunting around 11 AM each day. This gives you ample time to get back to the hotel, grab lunch in town and take a nap before we join you for dinner and the hunting stories can commence.
