On this page you will find information about your employment rights. Your rights as an employee are extremely important and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) aims to protect these rights. It is important that you know your rights and what you do or do not have to disclose when seeking employment. Below you will find information about the ADA and other resources to protect you while seeking employment and after you get the job. 

What is the ADA?

Disability Rights: American Civil Liberties Union

The ACLU works to create a Wyoming that is free from discrimination against individuals with disabilities. They have resources about your rights as an employee and provide you with examples of discrimination in the workplace. They also provide additional resouces to places such as The Job Accommodation Network, The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
