Community Resilience Starts With You
The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program offers a consistent, nationwide approach to volunteer training and organization that professional responders can rely on during a disaster situation.
Emergency Management and Public Health are working to build a CERT program in Uinta County. We are currently developing a list of those people looking to give back. If you are interested in how you can help your community or volunteer with CERT please email:

American Red Cross
Each day, thousands of people – people just like you – provide compassionate care to those in need. The Red Cross's network of generous donors, volunteers and employees share a mission of preventing and relieving suffering, here at home and around the world. Red Cross volunteers roll up their sleeves and donate time, money and blood. They learn or teach life-saving skills so our communities can be better prepared when the need arises. They do this every day because the Red Cross is needed - every day.
