The Wyoming Department of Health, Aging Division (AGD), Community Living Section, is accepting Letters of Intent (LOI) to apply for the Wyoming Home Services (WyHS) program for a four-year grant cycle of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030.
Submission Details:
Letters of Intent must be received by close of business on March 23, 2026. Please submit LOIs by mail to the Wyoming Department of Health, Aging Division, Community Living Section, 2300 Capitol Avenue, 4th Floor, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001. Or via email edwina.huebner1@wyo.gov.
The LOI must be on the applicant’s official letterhead and include:
Agency name, address, email, and telephone number.
The Aging Division’s grant name and the type of funding source requested.
Proposed types of services to be provided.
Signature of the Board chairperson.
Agency name, address, email, and telephone number.

Program Overview:
Authorized under W.S. 9-2-1208, the WyHS program provides community-based services designed to help older individuals remain in their homes and prevent premature institutionalization. The SFY2027 grant period runs from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. This is a competitive application year. Please note that contract extensions are subject to state guidelines and are not guaranteed.
Application Timeline:
March 31, 2026: The grant application link will be emailed to applicants following receipt of
their LOI.April 30, 2026: Completed grant applications are due by close of business.
Review and Award Process
Applications will be scored by an advisory committee based on a rubric evaluating how well the proposal meets WyHS program elements. The AGD will select awardees from the highest- scoring applications.
Please note that all awards are subject to State of Wyoming contracting requirements and budget authority. Furthermore, the AGD reserves the right to amend or withdraw funding opportunities. If application criteria changes substantially after a submission, the AGD will notify the applicant and provide an opportunity to supplement their materials.

The DDAC exists by authority of W.S. 9-2-107(a) for the purpose of advising DD Section staff on issues relating to DD programs and activities.
Meeting agendas can be found on the HCBS Section’s webpage. Agendas set forth the order in which the Council will consider each topic, but times are tentative.

Join educators from across Wyoming for this comprehensive professional development experience presented by the Wyoming Department of Education.

Ascend 307 is a multi-year initiative developed through a federal grant awarded to the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE). Its shared, collaborative purpose is to support students with disabilities in developing essential readiness skills for the next phase of life.
Success will be measured by an increase in the percentage of students with disabilities who:
Graduate from high school
Demonstrate workplace and career readiness
Secure competitive, integrated employment
