Student Expectations

We want students to have the best time while attending the Fall 2026 Fairvew Lake Overnight Field Trip.  In order do so, it is important that students are aware of the various expectations established by Eisenhower Middle School and the YMCA camp system. 

Student Cell Phone Policy

Cell phones can be taken on the field trip, but cell phones are not to be carried by students while they are engaged in planned group activities.  Cell phones should be left in the cabins, for use in case of emergency. 

Faculty will take photos as they would on any field trip.  Students will not be permitted to post on social media at all during the trip. This includes on the bus and in the cabins. 

Student Behavior Contract

Prior to attending the Fall 2026 Fairview Lake Field Trip, students will review any Student Behavior Expectations established by the YMCA Camp Organization as well as Eisenhower Middle School.  Students will sign off on the Behavior Contract in-school when trip expectations are reviewed prior to attendance.  

Below is the Student Behavior Contract for the EMS Fall 2026 Fairview Lake Overnight Field Trip.  This contract does not need to be signed and returned by students, it will be signed in-school.
