Student-Centered Coaching is in full swing! Please ask Amy, Kelley, and McCormick for more details on how we are working together to improve student learning! We are getting ready to begin our second round of student-centered coaching cycles with three new teachers!

Have you heard about our Build-a-Labs? These are opportunities for you to see conferring in action and then try it out right there in the classroom. This type of professional development allows teachers to put their learning into action immediately! Our first build-a-lab was in Meredith's class and we will be holding our second one in Tiffney's in two weeks! Let us know if you are interested!

The Reading Strategies Book is helping teachers at MTES create targeted goals for their students. These goals allow teachers to give individualized strategy lessons. They also give the students ownership of their goals. Ask Jessica, Melissa Capin, Annie, or Tiffney how they are making this happen! We have more copies of the book if you are interested!
