On in-school days, students will report to school from 8:50 am - 12:50 pm.
All students and staff are required to wear masks throughout the day.
Seating will be arranged with all desks facing forward and spaced in a way to maximize social distancing. Unoccupied seats will remain in classrooms to facilitate a physical separation between students.
All 504, ESL, Special Education, and Academic Support will be inclusive via an instructional process at a minimum through remote check in and/ or in person learning .
Teachers and students will be engaged in rigorous and meaningful instruction.
All main content subject area instruction includes: Math, English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies .
Daily snack time will be allowed. Please continue to follow: WRSD Allergy Guidelines (Weather permitting, outside areas will be utilized. For inclement weather, larger inside areas will be available.)
Mask breaks will be provided throughout the course of the day
Every effort will be made to minimize use of instructional materials. All materials used will be disinfected. No common storage areas will be used (cubbies, closet, etc. )
Use of soft/alternative seating will not be used.
All carpets/carpet areas are removed.
Outdoor spaces are available for instruction and mask/snack breaks.
Students are required to join the Classroom Zoom Morning Meeting at 9:00 am for attendance, morning meetings, expectations for the day and community activities.
All students who are remote on each weekday must be available for live check in between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 12:50 p.m, and instruction at 2:00 p.m.

Punctuality/Attendance is important for the 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. times (Cameras MUST be on )
Appropriate online/classroom behavior is expected.
Appropriate dress (i.e. even if you are home, dress as if you were attending school)

Active participation is integral to learning!
Students will participate in live instruction for a minimum of 60 minutes per remote day.
Students will complete independent learning assignments as a continuation of learning from the day prior, or "flipped" learning opportunities to prepare for the next day's learning.
Completing work in a timely manner ensures that you do not fall behind and have less stress.
Student email will be activated and expectations will be communicated from classroom teachers.
Reach out to your teacher or guidance counselor if you are struggling academically, emotionally, etc.
Students will participate in Specials classes virtually.
