Beyond Drawing: Sketchbooking for All Students

From Photography to 3D Design, Filmmaking to AP Studio Art, a sketchbook can be a useful tool for every student. Encouraging students to maintain a sketchbook can be challenging especially if a student doesn’t typically draw. An empty page can be intimidating. Learn ways to encourage students to record and process their ideas, develop strong artistic habits, and create something substantial to show growth and development. This lecture will share strategies developed by photography, fine art, and media arts teachers.
