What is TIP? Tuition Incentive Program (TIP) is an exciting opportunity that helps eligible students pay for college! If you qualified for Medicaid for at least two years between age nine and high school graduation, you could be eligible!
To receive TIP benefits, you must complete the FAFSA, and you must let your school's financial aid office know that you are TIP eligible!
Michigan Competitive Scholarship: 1200+ SAT (based on financial need)*
Michigan Achievement Scholarship: Up to $5500
Michigan Police Officer’s and Fire Fighter’s Survivor Tuition Grant
Michigan Fostering Futures Scholarship: for students in Foster Care
Michigan Tuition Grant: Can be used at Independent/Private MI schools (based on financial need)
Michigan Indian Tuition Waiver: must be a citizen of a U.S. Federally Recognized tribe, based on blood quantum (genealogy) view FAQs
