We will do this by establishing repeatable management processes, providing our customers with the tools, templates and information for project success. We will offer you guidance and training, foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, as well as ensuring that all projects align with your organization's strategic objectives.
Dedicated On-Site Project Management
Dedicated On-Site Project Management is intended for large, complex projects with a significant impact to the agency. These projects have an expected duration of four (4 months) or longer, multiple stakeholders, cross-departmental, cross-agency and/or vendor involvement.

Assign a Project Manager exclusively to your project
Analyze business needs and engage in solution development
Manage all phases of projects (Start to Finish)
Conduct risk and issue management
Manage stakeholder communication
Schedule/Facilitate all team meetings
Maintain project budget
Regular/Adhoc project status reports
Oversight On-Site/Off-Site Project Management
Oversight On-Site/Off-Site Project Management
Oversight Project Management is appropriate for small to medium size projects with a short duration or projects that do not require full time PM staff. Part time is intended to provide project structure but has less involvement than Full time.
