WVOT Renovation Form

The WVOT Move Committee understands that renovations require two moves.  WVOT teams support the agency with the move to the temporary location and back to the original location. The Renovation Google form link will begin the process for engaging the WVOT Move Committee.   Agencies should contact their IRM as the first step for guidance. 

WVOT Office Move Fees

WVOT implemented the Office Move Fees as a billable rate in FY2019 Rates Catalog.    Agencies will be invoiced after the completion of their move. 

The Current Rates Catalog for an office move is:

• Project Office Move Per move, Per employee $30.00

• Project Office Move--Premium Per move Per SOW
